By using the Best Benefits Program’s extensive networks of healthcare service professionals, the next time you visit a dentist, get new glasses, have prescriptions filled, or use any other covered services through a participating provider you’ll pay less.

The Best Benefits Program is a robust health care savings program that provides you and your immediate family with discounted rates of:
Vision - 20 to 60%
Dental Care - 10 to 50%
Prescriptions - 5 to 30%
Alternative/Wellness - 10 to 30% on care such as massage therapy, personal trainers, nutritionists and more
Hearing Care - 10 to 20%
Medical Equipment - 5 to 15% off retail costs
Chiropractic Care - 20 to 40%
Podiatry Care - 20 to 50%
Senior Care - 5 to 30% off private fees
Members and their immediate family are eligible to use the Best Benefits Program. Immediate family means your spouse and children living at your home.
We offer two discount packages to fit your needs. If you’re not satisfied after a year of use, we will refund your money.

How do I sign up?
Anyone can enroll to be a member of the Best Benefits Program...
- You can enroll by mail or online.
- Payment is accepted by credit card.
- Within 10 days of receiving your enrollment, you will receive a Program Membership Card and an information package that includes a personalized list of provider locations close to your home and a complete description of each benefit.

Disclosure: This plan is NOT insurance. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers of medical services. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. The range of discounts for services offered will vary depending on the type of provider and service. Discounts on hospital services are not available in Maryland.
